In George Orwell's Animal Farm, the animals are tired of the way the humans treat them on the farm. They understand that the humans view certain animals as better because the jobs those animals had were more important. I believe that the anger felt from these animals drove them to want to take control of the farm and find the perfect balance to life. The defining thought being that no one animal held a role/job that was any more important than another. Although this idea never came to fruition because one animal became power hungry and thwarted their idea of a farm ran like a democracy and took control and ruled it alone.
